How to request deletion
Email hello@asaliai.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as:
- the phone or WhatsApp number, including country code;
- the email address used in the enquiry or demo request;
- the agency or business involved, if known; and
- an approximate conversation or submission date.
Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.
What happens next
We will review the request, verify that the requester is authorized where reasonably necessary, identify the relevant Asali records, and delete or de-identify eligible personal information.
If the information was collected through a real-estate agency using Asali, that agency may be the primary party responsible for the data. We may coordinate with the agency so the request is handled correctly.
Information we may need to retain
Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, or documenting that a request was completed. Any retained information remains subject to appropriate access controls.
Scope
A deletion request can cover WhatsApp or customer conversation data, contact and lead details, property requirements and preferences, generated summaries, extracted facts, response drafts, and associated operational records processed by Asali AI, subject to the limitations above.
